1. Ordering process

⚪︎ Our products do not have color or size variation options. Please choose the quantity you want on each product page.

⚪︎ When you press the <Add to Cart> button, the cart page will pop up. Please <Specify delivery date and time> and <Add order notes>.

⚪️After confirming that the details you registered are correct, press the <Checkout> button and proceed to select your payment method.

⚪︎After you enter your address, the shipping cost will be displayed. After checking the details, click the <Pay now> button to complete the purchase.

⚪︎ An automated email will be sent to your specified email address, so please check it and wait for your product to arrive.

*Please note that you cannot change the product quantity or delivery date and time on the payment method selection screen. Please make the changes on the cart screen.
* When you press the <Pay Now> button, your purchase will be completed. Please note that there is no confirmation screen.


2. Payment Methods

You can choose from the following payment methods.

3. Shipping Fees

When you enter your address on the payment method selection screen, the shipping fees by region will be displayed.

Hokkaido 1,100 yen Honshu and Shikoku 990 yen Kyushu 1,100 yen Okinawa 2,100 yen

*For purchases over 15,000 yen (tax included), we will cover the shipping costs.

4. Product Shipping

⚪︎We will ship your order from our warehouse in Saitama Prefecture within a maximum of 7 days.

⚪︎You can choose the date and time from 7 days after placing your order.

Normally, we ship within 1-3 days of receiving your order.

If you want the fastest delivery, please do not specify a delivery date.

5.Returns and Refunds

⚪︎When you receive the product, please check that there are no defects or errors in the contents.
If you receive a product that is different from your order or is damaged, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product.

⚪︎After checking the condition, we will exchange any products that do not meet our standards. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.

⚪︎In addition, individual differences that arise due to the nature of the processing (such as slight misalignment or overlapping of printing) are considered to be within the range of good quality according to our company standards.

⚪︎We do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.


6. Receipts and delivery notes

⚪︎ The invoice will not be included with the product. Please check the details by email.

⚪︎ You can download a receipt from the notification email we will send you after delivery is complete.

If you would like your order to be sent to a different name than the shipping address, please change the name in your "billing address" during checkout.

7. Gift wrapping available

⚪︎ There is no invoice or price information included. Please rest assured even if you are sending it directly to the recipient as a gift.
